Music - Choirs, Jazz Band, Ensembles

Pridwin places special emphasis on music education. In addition to Music Appreciation classes for all boys, recorder tuition for Grades 2 and 3 is compulsory. Specialist teachers provide individual tuition for piano, woodwind, brass and percussion instruments.

Pridwin has a Junior and a Senior Choir which participate regularly in Chapel services and in a variety of music festivals.

The school has a Junior and a Senior Orchestra, a Jazz Band, a Beginner's Band, a Rock Band and a Drumming Ensemble. These bands perform at school functions and in the wider community.
